General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear , This is Dr. S. Tomar from healthcaremagic.com's medical team and I ll be your medical advisor for this question. First of all thank you for sharing your concern with us and showing trust on us.
SGPT is a bit high which should further be evaluated with diagnostic tests like viral hepatitis test . It can also be seen in fatty liver disease, liver inflammation due to drugs or alcohol , viral hepatitis , hemochromatosis. LDL , HDL levels are normal . Albumin , globulin levels are normal .
I would suggest you to limit alcohol intake , if you consume . Get a ultrasound done to check for fatty liver changes. With this get checked for viral hepatitis as well.
Follow these :
1, exercise regularly 5 times a week , atleast 45 minute walk everyday .
2. eat healthy food with more vegetable and fruit content
3. avoid alcohol
Medicines for blood pressure should be continued for a strict control on Blood pressure .
I would recommend you to consult further with your Gastroenterologist for further evaluation as mentioned.

This is my initial response and discussion is open until you have any query or need further clarification.
I wish you good health .
Thank you for your question and feel free to contact further for any question .
sincerely,
Dr. Shardendu Tomar
